CMF Inc
CMF Inc is a metal fabrication company that works with some of the world’s greatest architects and builders to provide fabrication and installation services. Based in Orange, California, CMF has worked on such noteworthy projects as Apple Park, the Crypto.com Arena, and the Ritz Carlton Hotel in Los Angeles.
Though CMF has earned a reputation for their quality craftsmanship, their website was failing to impress visitors. They needed a redesign.
About
The Project
The work CMF produces is phenomenal and the photography we received was very high quality. Since the imagery was so impressive, we really didn't want any graphical elements to compete for attention. We therefore designed the website to be as minimalistic as possible while still providing style and elegance to the brand.
When building a website with speed and longevity in mind, it's important to minimize reliance on third-party code for the website to function properly. The WordPress website we developed was built using a custom-designed theme and only five plugins. We built out the administrative backend to be as intuitive as possible so CMF personnel could easily add new projects, select featured projects for the homepage, and modify any imagery or text that appears on pages.
